Flexibility is essential, as the role requires adaptability to varying shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position not only demands physical stamina to manage tasks like standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds but also calls for a calm and composed demeanor capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Mirbeau offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to join an established company that values wellness and career development. Beyond serving guests, Dining Assistants gain exposure to a dynamic team environment with strong support networks and continuing training.
