Job Duties
- Create outstanding hospitality experiences by anticipating and exceeding guests' needs
- Know the menu inside and out to assist guests in their selections and answer any questions they may have
- Guide guests through their dining experience efficiently, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and processing payments
- Navigate the restaurant and understand seating arrangements to efficiently deliver food and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to health and safety regulations
- Provide accurate change and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of orders
