Job Duties

  • Create outstanding hospitality experiences by anticipating and exceeding guests' needs
  • Know the menu inside and out to assist guests in their selections and answer any questions they may have
  • Guide guests through their dining experience efficiently, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and processing payments
  • Navigate the restaurant and understand seating arrangements to efficiently deliver food and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to health and safety regulations
  • Provide accurate change and handle cash transactions responsibly
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of orders
