This role focuses on managing the Dine-In Campaign within TikTok Local Services, a pivotal function designed to elevate local dining establishments through strategic marketing campaigns and events. As a Dine-In Campaign Manager based in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that harness the power of TikTok’s platform resources, including its product innovations, creators, and key opinion leaders, to maximize user engagement and drive business outcomes. You will manage campaigns from end to end, including setting goals, allocating budgets, and performing post-campaign analyses to derive actionable insights and refine future marketing efforts. This position requires a highly analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating closely with various teams such as creator operations, product management, and merchant business development.

A successful candidate will bring experience running campaigns connected to revenue, sales, or gross merchandise value (GMV), typically within lifestyle businesses or e-commerce sectors. The ideal manager will have demonstrated the ability to translate complex data into strategic plans that support business growth and foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The employment type is regular, with an annual salary range between $103,360 and $209,380, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Duties

  • Plan and implement local service dine-in campaign and event strategies based on business goals
  • Ramp up platform resources such as product, creator, and KOL to guarantee engagement
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including budget planning, goal setting, resource allocation, and post-campaign analysis
  • Abstract general insights and strategies to support business development
  • Collaborate with creator operations, product, and merchant business development teams to leverage local service content distribution strategy
