Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours continuously
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Manual dexterity to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
- Physical stamina to maneuver in a busy kitchen environment
- Good visual acuity and hearing ability
- Capability to perform repetitive motions like bending and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role preferred
- Demonstrated knife skills and kitchen techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Leverage knife skills, experience and technique to confidently prep and run a station during busy service
- Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and reproduce menu items which will exceed our guest's expectations
- Embrace a passion for continuous learning and discovery by expanding knowledge of food and beverage
- Understand all ingredients as they pertain to each recipe and preparation of each authentic menu item
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to uphold health and safety standards
- Support timely and efficient kitchen operations by coordinating with team members
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
