This opportunity is for the role of Quality Assurance (QA) Digital Integration Specialist within the Quality Assurance department at Nestle Purina. As a QA Digital Integration Specialist, you will act as the crucial link between the Quality Assurance organization and the broader digital ecosystem used by Nestle Purina. This role involves leveraging a variety of QA processes such as Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), audits, non-conformances, specifications, and food safety systems to streamline and integrate digital QA tools and workflows. You will be tasked with assessing the current QA digital landscape and recommending solutions to reduce complexity and enhance efficiency. Your expertise in building and maintaining digital tools such as Power BI reports, Power Apps applications, and Power Automate workflows will address QA-specific business problems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for crafting complex data architectures and advancing AI-driven solutions to optimize quality assurance operations.

The role demands a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a keen interest in applying advanced digital technologies to improve QA functions. The QA Digital Integration Specialist will use tools like Power BI to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards, harmonize disparate datasets to spot trends, and communicate actionable insights to various business stakeholders. Additionally, experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and generative AI concepts will be used to embed AI capabilities into QA solutions. Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset are critical, given the evolving nature of quality assurance and digital innovation.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $69,680 to $98,130, based on skills, experience, and location. Nestle provides performance-based incentives and a robust total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage, a 401k with company match, and many other benefits to support employee wellness and financial security.
