The Digital Campaign Coordinator role is a full-time, in-office position based in Shreveport, designed to support the local team by acting as a crucial technical and collaborative hub. This position bridges the sales department and the centralized buying team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The role involves a blend of client-facing and internal responsibilities, including assisting in client meetings, developing strategic proposals, managing campaign setup, and providing ongoing support and optimization for digital campaigns.
Success as a Digital Campaign Coordinator is measured by the ability to accelerate sales while minimizing campaign cancellations. The role requires strategic thinking during pre-sale activities such as conducting client discovery, participating in pitch efforts, responding promptly to inquiries, and creating insightful, data-driven proposals. Post-sale, the coordinator is responsible for creating compelling proposals, managing website content for live events, coordinating event signage production, and supporting the sales team with go-to-market materials and event recaps.
Additionally, the Digital Campaign Coordinator ensures accurate campaign setup and delivery by working closely with Digital Campaign Managers, monitoring campaign performance through data analytics platforms like Tapclicks, and driving campaign optimization and upselling opportunities. Regular communication with clients to review results, address concerns, and keep them informed about product updates is essential to maintaining strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience within digital advertising, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Job Duties
- Participate in client needs analyses and pitches
- respond to client inquiries within 24 hours providing data-driven insights
- collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver strategic proposals
- manage and update website content for live event promotion
- coordinate the design and production of event signage
- assist sales staff with go-to-market proposals and post-event recaps
- gather and organize campaign details and collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers for accurate setup and delivery
- monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and recommend optimizations
- schedule and participate in client check-ins to discuss results and insights
