The Digital Experience Specialist role at Kimberly-Clark supports the execution and continual improvement of enterprise B2B websites and customer-facing portals. This position operates closely with the Senior Website Product Manager and engineering teams to translate product strategy and roadmaps into clear, actionable requirements, features, and development tasks. The role is embedded within an agile framework, emphasizing discovery, backlog management, sprint planning, PI planning, and delivery oversight to ensure digital initiatives meet quality and business expectations. This is primarily an execution-focused role where strong project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills are vital. The specialist also manages UAT activities, incident triage, and performance data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement and strategic success. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of professional experience supporting websites or digital products
- Experience in product, digital experience, or delivery-focused role
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Craft, or Azure Boards
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Ability to prepare and present reports and KPIs
- Strong project coordination skills
- Experience interpreting data from analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Excellent prioritization and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements definition and UAT validation
- Preferred experience in B2B websites
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience
- Degree in marketing, information science, information technology, or computer science
- Experience supporting websites or digital products in a product, digital experience, or delivery-focused role
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA, Craft, or Azure Boards
- Knowledge of digital marketing and owned-channel strategies
- Ability to prepare and present timelines, reports, KPIs, and status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project coordination and delivery management skills
- Experience with analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholder priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resilience skills
- Experience supporting requirements definition and UAT validation for digital initiatives
- Preferred experience with B2B websites or platforms, enterprise CMS platforms, commerce engines like Magento, and mobile/tablet applications
- Nice to have familiarity with digital analytics tagging, legacy systems, complex enterprise integrations, and emerging AI capabilities
Job Duties
- Support execution of the digital product roadmap across enterprise B2B websites and customer-facing portals
- Actively participate in and help drive early-stage analysis and discovery efforts including requirement definition and journey mapping
- Translate Epic-level direction into well-defined features and acceptance criteria
- Drive backlog refinement and readiness for sprint and PI planning
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities including dependency tracking and cross-team communication
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing activities
- Own intake, triage, and coordination of incident tickets related to website and portal experiences
- Collaborate closely with senior product management, engineering and business stakeholders to clarify scope and priorities
- Gather and analyze performance data related to digital products and experiences
- Partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to operationalize tracking and validate data quality
- Support reporting on the progress and outcomes of digital initiatives
- Build and maintain knowledge of website and portal platforms including legacy systems and integration points
