The Registered Dietitian (RD) role at DaVita is an essential position within the patient care team, primarily focused on improving patient outcomes through specialized nutrition counseling and clinical assessment. The RD works closely with patients and their families, analyzing laboratory data and translating it into tailored dietary guidance that supports kidney health and overall wellness. This role requires a compassionate individual dedicated to patient-centered healthcare and capable of establishing lasting relationships with patients in an outpatient setting. The RD serves not only as a diet expert but also as an influential member of the care team, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal-setting aimed at promoting better lives for patients with renal conditions. Candidates will enjoy a collaborative work culture that values teamwork and recognizes individual and collective achievements through performance-based rewards. Employment is full-time with a competitive pay range of $38.00 to $60.50 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, and experience. This position is located at 3 Rossi Cir Ste B, Salinas, California, offering a meaningful career path in the healthcare sector for registered dietitians passionate about making a difference in patients' lives.
