Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food service or dietary field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Proficiency with technology and typing skills
- Willingness to adapt to changing job duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience in food service, dietary clerk, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English required, bilingual or multilingual a plus
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable with web-based software, keyboard, and telephone headset
- Typical typing speed of 35 to 45 wpm
