Included in this job is the responsibility to utilize technology effectively, processing patient orders via software while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all safety, sanitation, and operational standards of Aramark. The position works within a call center setting where all calls are recorded to ensure adherence to service quality and performance benchmarks.
