Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dietary services
- Ability to work PRN with weekend availability
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as JCAHO and state requirements
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records
Job Qualifications

- Experience in dietary or nutrition services preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain regulatory compliance
Job Duties
- Supervise dietary staff from opening to closing of the department
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance with state and JCAHO standards
- Maintain records of refrigerator and freezer temperatures
- Maintain records of dish machine temperatures and sanitizer concentrations
- Conduct periodic kitchen sanitation audits and develop action plans
- Conduct pre-service checklists at tray line start
- Train, coach, develop, and discipline dietary staff
- Respond to staff with sensitivity and professionalism
- Conduct training for Production, Tray line, and Sanitation staff
