Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified food service handler's card as required by local health department
- Minimum of 4 years food service experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to supervise and manage food service staff effectively
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Dietary background preferred
- Nutrition education preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee patient meal service operations on assigned hospital units
- Manage menu selections and ensure accuracy
- Supervise tray assembly and delivery
- Conduct check backs on patient satisfaction every five rooms
- Handle special dietary requests and preferences
- Coordinate in-between meal food deliveries
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
