The Dietary Aide (Server) role at Wallick Senior Living is a full-time position centered around providing quality meal service and supporting kitchen operations to enhance the dining experience of residents. Job Duties
- keep all kitchen equipment and prep/serving areas clean and organized
- plan and follow a cooking schedule to ensure meals are ready on time
- maintain food quality and safety by regularly checking temperatures and tasting dishes
- set up food on steam tables and restock as needed during service
- follow portion control guidelines during meal prep and serving
- check and properly use leftover perishables from the fridge and freezer to minimize waste
- jump in and help with other kitchen duties as needed
