Mentor Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, offers specialized day programs designed for seniors with complex medical or rehabilitative requirements. These programs allow seniors to receive high-quality healthcare in a supportive environment, enabling them to stay active, engaged, and maintain their independence within the community. Located at the Dacha Adult Day Center in Brighton, MA, Mentor provides services staffed by experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who personalize care to meet each individual’s needs.

We are currently seeking a Dietary and Food Aide to join our team at the Dacha Adult Day Center. This role demands attention to detail in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires coordination with kitchen staff and maintaining accurate records that support cost control and food safety standards.

This role is perfect for an individual with prior experience in food service or culinary environments who enjoys working in a dynamic team-oriented setting. The Dietary and Food Aide must be someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about contributing to the well-being of seniors through quality nutrition. At Sevita, you will be part of a mission-driven organization that values employee wellbeing and offers meaningful work that makes a positive impact.

Joining Sevita as a Dietary and Food Aide means benefiting from a supportive work environment that offers full benefits for full-time employees, including healthcare coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off starting on your first day, paid holidays, and an employee referral program with bonuses. Additionally, employees enjoy access to discounted services through Sevita's "Perks at Work" program, which helps promote work-life balance and employee satisfaction.

Sevita is committed to equal employment opportunities and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
