With a firm commitment to excellence, HCSG delivers innovative and high-quality dining experiences tailored to meet the unique needs of residents and patients. The company is dedicated to positively impacting the communities it serves by ensuring that every meal prepared contributes to the overall wellbeing and satisfaction of those in their care. Known for its employee-focused culture, HCSG offers opportunities for career development, hands-on training, and a supportive work environment where team members can thrive and grow professionally.

The role of Cook at HCSG is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of meal preparation and presentation within long-term care facilities. This position involves preparing and cooking meals that are nutritious, delicious, and aligned with specific dietary guidelines. Working as part of a dedicated kitchen team, the Cook ensures that meals meet company standards for quality, taste, and visual appeal. This role requires adherence to strict food safety and sanitation protocols to guarantee the health and safety of residents. The Cook is expected to uphold a customer-focused attitude, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Additionally, candidates must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies and hold current ServSafe or Food Handler certification where applicable. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to contribute their culinary talents in a meaningful setting, offering nutritious meals that enhance the quality of life for long-term care residents.
