Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
cooking experience in a professional kitchen preferred
ability to work early morning shifts
physical ability to stand for extended periods
attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
ability to work well within a team
flexible availability including weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous cooking experience preferred
knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety practices
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
good communication skills
servsafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

prep meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
cook meals according to dietary restrictions
check ingredients for freshness and dietary compliance
arrange and garnish dishes for presentation
ensure kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained
adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
