The role of Dietary Aide at MENTOR Adult Day Health in Worcester, MA offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the Adult Day Health program. This is a full-time position with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, paying $16 an hour. The Dietary Aide supports the nutritional needs of the program participants by assisting with food preparation and meal service. The role also involves ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, maintaining food and supply stock levels, and supporting a warm and dignified mealtime experience for the individuals served. Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are preferred, enhancing communication within the diverse community they serve.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
- serve safe certification preferred but not required
