The Server role at Harmony is a vital position in supporting the dining experience of the community's residents and guests. The primary responsibility is to courteously serve meals with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction. This includes assisting residents with menu choices, providing beverage services such as water, iced tea, juices, milk, and coffee or tea, and refilling condiments like salt, pepper, and sugar before and after meals.
