must enjoy working with the senior population
ability to stand for extended periods
good interpersonal skills
must be reliable and punctual
ability to follow company policies and guidelines

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a dining room setting
must enjoy working with the senior population
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
prior experience in senior living or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

Ensures beverage orders are delivered
takes food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meal to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner
ensures resident guest satisfaction
responds quickly to resident or guest requests
reports any resident comments or concerns to Dining Services Manager immediately
assists in bussing and resetting tables
assists in room services as needed
completes all side work as assigned
performs other duties as assigned
