The role of the Dietary Aide (Server) at The Ashford of Grove City involves serving meals to residents in the dining room while adhering to proper table etiquette, handling residents' meal requests during service, and maintaining cleanliness and order before and after meal times. This position requires the individual to maintain beverage stations including the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea, as well as ensure an adequate supply of utensils, cups, and glasses for residents. The Dietary Aide is essential in delivering a pleasant dining experience that supports the residents' well-being and independence. Additional duties include managing grab-and-go items, restocking supplies, and performing related tasks as assigned. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy interacting with seniors, possess good communication skills, and have a basic understanding of math to handle inquiries or complaints effectively. Previous waiter experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
