The Dietary Aide (Server) position at The Ashford of Grove City is a part-time role paying $14 per hour. This role is essential in delivering quality dining services to senior residents, focusing on providing excellent meal service in the dining room and maintaining a safe and inviting environment. Responsibilities include serving meals with proper etiquette, handling residents' meal requests, setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after meals, maintaining beverage stations such as juice bars and coffee areas, and ensuring supplies like utensils and glasses are adequately stocked. The Dietary Aide also assists with stocking and managing grab-and-go options as needed. The position requires effective communication skills to interact with both residents and coworkers, as well as basic math skills to manage orders and supply levels. Previous waiter experience is preferred but not mandatory.
