This full-time Server position at The Ashford at Sturbridge offers a starting pay rate of $14 per hour and provides a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the well-being of senior residents through exceptional dining service. The successful candidate will handle meal requests, serve dishes with proper etiquette, maintain the dining room before and after service, and help manage beverage stations such as the juice bar and coffee. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous waiter experience preferred
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources
- Ability to apply basic math skills

Job Duties
- Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette
- Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service
- Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service
- Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents
- Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary
