Wallick Senior Living has over three decades of experience in developing, building, and managing independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The company's mission centers around opening doors to homes, opportunity, and hope, ensuring that every senior resident has a place they can proudly call home. With a strong commitment to exceptional, mission-driven care, Wallick fosters a supportive environment that values innovation, professional growth, and community connection.

This full-time position runs from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and pays $14.00 per hour with pay on demand, allowing employees to access their earnings as they work. Servers play an essential role in providing an excellent dining experience by serving meals to residents in the dining room with courteous table etiquette and attentiveness. The position involves setting up and cleaning the dining area, maintaining beverage stations like the juice bar and coffee, ensuring proper utensils and dining supplies are readily available, and performing other assigned duties.

Wallick Senior Living supports its employees by offering multiple health insurance options that meet various needs, including dental and vision coverage effective within two weeks of starting. Additionally, employees benefit from holiday pay, paid time off, up to eight weeks of paid parental leave, and free employee meals. The organization also promotes professional development and well-being through benefits like tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% company match, company-paid life and long-term disability insurance, voluntary supplemental insurance options, gym memberships or fitness equipment reimbursement, and pet insurance.

The culture at Wallick emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, fostering an environment where every employee can thrive and contribute meaningfully. Employees are also eligible to participate in Wallick's employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), becoming partners in the company and benefiting from its profitability.
