Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in waiting or serving preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work full-time from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Be flexible and dependable
Job Qualifications
- Previous waiting or serving experience preferred
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and residents
- Flexibility, compassion, and dependability
- Focus on providing a great dining experience
- Experience in assisted living or memory care community is a plus
Job Duties
- Handle meal requests of residents during meal service
- Complete setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service
- Maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stations
- Ensure a supply of proper utensils, cups, and glasses for resident use
- Serve meals to residents following proper table etiquette
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and residents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
