We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Dining Associate to join our Continuing Care department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable, efficient, and supportive of their nutritional needs. As a Dining Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming residents upon their arrival at the restaurant, facilitating smooth operations in collaboration with seaters, servers, and kitchen staff. Your duties will include assisting with meal preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining areas and kitchen. You will also answer phone calls professionally, follow up on resident requests, and lend support in training wait staff members.
