Dietary Aide - NEW 3:30-7 position

We are currently seeking motivated and friendly Dietary Aides to join our dedicated staff. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and have a passion for supporting senior residents through dietary services. The position includes part-time hours with PM schedules from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, including every other weekend, as well as opportunities for per diem shifts. Successful candidates will have the chance to work in both the dining room and kitchen areas, gaining valuable experience in food preparation, dishwashing, and trash collection. Our Dietary Aides help ensure that residents receive nutritious meals served in a clean, safe, and pleasant atmosphere.

In this role, you will be expected to bring a social personality to the table, engaging positively with residents and contributing to a friendly and caring atmosphere. While previous dining room and kitchen experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided for qualified candidates. Holding a fondness for working with seniors is highly desirable, as this role involves direct interaction with residents who deserve compassionate and respectful care. In addition to dietary duties, the role includes some basic cleaning responsibilities to help maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
