Park Vista is a reputable senior living organization that takes pride in honoring those who once cared for us by ensuring their golden years are comfortable, dignified, and enriched. We understand the vital role families play, and we aim to relieve them of caregiving duties by offering professional and compassionate care from our dedicated team members. Our mission is centered on helping residents live out their best years with attention to their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

As a Dietary Aide at Legacy of Deforest, you will play a key role in supporting the nutritional needs of our residents in a professional and compassionate environment. We emphasize our four core values: Dignity, Collaboration, Compassion, and Transparency, and strive to incorporate these into every aspect of our care. This position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis with competitive wages up to $14.00 per hour, including weekend shift differentials. You will be an essential part of the dining team, helping ensure that mealtimes are safe, enjoyable, and meet the health standards required in senior care. Your responsibilities will include taking resident orders, serving meals, and maintaining clean, sanitary dining and kitchen environments. This is more than a job – it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

At Legacy of Deforest, you will work alongside a supportive team dedicated to making every moment matter for our residents. We provide comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401k plan after one year of employment. Our workplace fosters collaboration and respect, as we believe the key to best serving our residents lies in the strength and well-being of our team members. Join us if you want to contribute your talents in a rewarding setting where your work truly impacts senior citizens’ quality of life.
