We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dietary Aide to join our dining and nutrition services team. The Dietary Aide will be instrumental in delivering excellent hospitality and courteous service, assisting with meal delivery, setting up and clearing dining areas, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of our food service environments. This position requires strong attention to detail, a friendly approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the kitchen and dining room teams. The Dietary Aide must adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols to safeguard the health of our residents.

The successful candidate will play a supportive yet vital role during meal periods by assisting in meal plating and portioning, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all dietary requirements are respected and communicated to supervisors. Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays, and the capacity to stand and lift moderately heavy items during shifts, are also important. In addition to daily meal service duties, the Dietary Aide will participate in special events and themed dining experiences that enhance resident engagement and dining enjoyment.
