Job Description
Our establishment is a dedicated healthcare and hospitality facility committed to providing exceptional care and dining experiences to our residents. We understand that nutrition and meal enjoyment play a vital role in the overall well-being and quality of life of those we serve. As a respected provider in the healthcare and senior living community, we emphasize a resident-centered approach that combines compassionate care with professional service and rigorous standards in food safety and hygiene. Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment that respects individual dietary needs and preferences while promoting social interaction and satisfaction during meal times.
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dietary Aide to join our dining and nutrition services team. This role is critical in ensuring residents and guests receive their meals in a clean, safe, and enjoyable setting. The Dietary Aide will be instrumental in delivering excellent hospitality and courteous service, assisting with meal delivery, setting up and clearing dining areas, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of our food service environments. This position requires strong attention to detail, a friendly approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the kitchen and dining room teams. The Dietary Aide must adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols to safeguard the health of our residents.
The successful candidate will play a supportive yet vital role during meal periods by assisting in meal plating and portioning, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all dietary requirements are respected and communicated to supervisors. Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays, and the capacity to stand and lift moderately heavy items during shifts, are also important. In addition to daily meal service duties, the Dietary Aide will participate in special events and themed dining experiences that enhance resident engagement and dining enjoyment. Through participation in team meetings and hospitality training, this role offers opportunities for professional growth and development aligned with our mission to provide resident-centered care and hospitality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy working in a service-oriented healthcare environment. Whether you have experience in hospitality, dining services, or healthcare settings, this position welcomes team players who are committed to making a positive impact on residents' lives through quality dining service and attentive hospitality.
