This unique organizational culture is rooted in excellence and genuine care, reflecting a heartfelt commitment to the community and the individuals they serve. As a mission-driven health organization, Ohana Pacific Health embraces the spirit of 'Ohana,' a Hawaiian term for family, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment where every team member contributes to a collective purpose. Their vision is to transform how healthcare is provided throughout Hawaii, focusing on compassionate and quality care in every aspect of service. This transformative approach enhances the overall well-being of Hawaii's residents, especially its elderly population, known as Kupuna.

The Dietary Aide / Cook Assistant position at Ohana Pacific Health is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals who want to grow within a mission-driven organization. The role centers around creating meaningful and memorable experiences for Kupuna by preparing, cooking, and serving nutritious and delicious meals that meet specific dietary needs. This position not only requires a dedication to maintaining food quality and safety standards but also involves playing an active part in enhancing the daily lives of residents through thoughtful culinary care. Reporting to the Dietary Manager, the cook assistant supports all kitchen and dining room activities, from food preparation and dishwashing to setting up and clearing trays for guests. Their responsibilities are integral to the department's function and contribute directly to the quality of service and well-being of Ohana Pacific Health's guests.

This role is a perfect fit for those who are service-oriented and eager to work in an environment that values teamwork, growth, and community impact. The position encourages employees to take pride in their work by ensuring that every meal served meets the highest standards of taste and nutrition. Employees are supported with excellent growth and advancement opportunities while being part of a dedicated, mission-focused team that values each individual’s contribution. Ohana Pacific Health not only provides competitive pay but also offers generous benefits including paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans paired with a 401K match. These benefits underline the company's commitment to employee well-being and professional development.

Joining Ohana Pacific Health means becoming part of a respected healthcare provider that is as passionate about its employees as it is about the individuals and families it serves. Embracing diversity and equal opportunity, the company fosters a welcoming environment for all applicants regardless of background.
