The Ashford of Beavercreek, a community within Wallick Senior Living, is currently seeking a full-time Server. This position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 and represents an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors while advancing their own career within a supportive, growth-focused organization. The Server will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for residents by serving meals with excellent table etiquette, responding promptly to meal requests, maintaining the cleanliness and setup of the dining room before and after meals, and ensuring beverage stations like the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea areas are well-stocked and inviting. Beyond these core responsibilities, the Server will help maintain proper supplies of utensils, cups, and glasses, assist with grab-and-go meal options and stock management, and perform other related duties as assigned. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to handle inquiries or complaints courteously, and basic math proficiency. Previous waiter experience is preferred but not mandatory. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a waiter or server role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to respond politely to inquiries or complaints
- Basic math skills
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette
- Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service
- Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service
- Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents
- Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary
