The Ashford of Beavercreek, a community within Wallick Senior Living, is currently seeking a full-time Server. This position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 and represents an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors while advancing their own career within a supportive, growth-focused organization. The Server will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for residents by serving meals with excellent table etiquette, responding promptly to meal requests, maintaining the cleanliness and setup of the dining room before and after meals, and ensuring beverage stations like the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea areas are well-stocked and inviting. Beyond these core responsibilities, the Server will help maintain proper supplies of utensils, cups, and glasses, assist with grab-and-go meal options and stock management, and perform other related duties as assigned. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to handle inquiries or complaints courteously, and basic math proficiency. Previous waiter experience is preferred but not mandatory.
