This ownership model creates a deeply invested workforce and a culture of collaboration, support, and mutual respect.

Wallick Senior Living prides itself on its inclusive and supportive work environment. As part of their commitment to associates, they provide access to health, dental, and vision insurance starting within two weeks of employment, gym membership reimbursements, paid parental leave, 401K retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement programs. The company values work-life balance and offers paid time off along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Their core mission revolves around opening doors to homes, opportunity, and hope — extending these values not only to residents but also to associates and the wider community.

They also support the maintenance of beverage stations such as juice bars, coffee, and iced tea, and ensure an adequate supply of utensils, cups, and glasses.

In this position, the Server contributes significantly to the overall dining environment and resident satisfaction.
