We are currently offering a part-time Dietary Aide position at our Westborough Healthcare location. This role involves supporting the dietary services team to ensure safe and sanitary food handling, preparation, and service. The Dietary Aide will prepare resident trays according to precise instructions and assist in stocking food storage areas and refrigerators. Further duties include delivering food and supplies as assigned and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas, equipment, and utensils. The position offers a pay range of $16.50 to $18.34 per hour along with a $500 sign-on and retention bonus for part-time employees. Full-time opportunities are also available with a $1,000 bonus. This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with the ability to make independent decisions and respond quickly in emergency situations. The successful candidate will contribute to a team-oriented workplace that prioritizes resident-centered care and confidentiality of protected health information under HIPAA regulations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dietary or food service preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Safe and sanitary handling of food, dishes and equipment
- Prepare resident trays according to instructions/order
