Job Description

Regency Oaks is a distinguished senior living community located in Clearwater, FL, dedicated to providing exceptional care and a nurturing environment for older adults. As a reputable organization in the senior services industry, Regency Oaks combines compassionate care with hospitality-driven service, making it a preferred choice for seniors and their families seeking a supportive and engaging residential experience. The company is committed to fostering a workplace culture where employees can grow professionally, advance in their careers, and contribute meaningfully to one of the fastest-growing fields in the country. By prioritizing education, internal promotion, and employee well-being, Regency Oaks stands out as an employer that values its workforce as much as it values the residents it serves.

We are currently seeking a full-time Dietary Aide to join our team at Regency Oaks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with older adults, have a passion for hospitality, and are eager to grow within the senior care sector. The Dietary Aide will be primarily responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays in accordance with prescribed dietary requirements aimed at supporting the health and wellness of our Health Center residents. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the daily lives of the seniors under our care.

The Dietary Aide role goes beyond mere food service—it includes preparing specific therapeutic desserts and salads, serving meals promptly, and ensuring the dining area is welcoming and sanitary. Responsibilities also involve transporting hot and cold foods safely, maintaining equipment, and effectively setting up and breaking down tables to support seamless meal service. Candidates with a background in nursing home food service will find this role highly rewarding as it leverages and expands their existing skill set. At Regency Oaks, we believe that an enthusiastic, compassionate approach to hospitality not only enhances the dining experience but also fosters a sense of community and engagement among residents. This role is key to helping deliver on our promise of creating a caring, home-like atmosphere where seniors feel valued and respected.
