Physical stamina is important, as the job involves standing and walking for extended periods, handling kitchen supplies, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Job Duties
- Takes and writes customer orders
- serves food and beverages in a timely manner
- becomes familiar with menu items and describes them to customers
- monitors and cleans tables throughout meal service
- clears tables and preps them for next service
- assists restaurant team as necessary
- ensures customer satisfaction and resolves issues promptly
- keeps kitchen supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils
- cleans kitchen during shift including taking out trash and cleaning floors
- delivers meals to customers outside and prepares to-go orders
- fulfills other duties as assigned
