The role demands a candidate with valid driver's license, air brake certification or the ability to obtain it, and EPA 609 certification or the capacity to achieve it. Experience in commercial motor vehicle inspection and diesel mechanic responsibilities in a high-paced environment is essential. Aside from technical skills, KAG expects employees to foster positive work habits, including communication, teamwork, and respect in the workplace. The company values leadership qualities even among non-supervisory roles, encouraging constructive guidance and continuous contribution towards delivering superior products and services to its customers.
