This particular role is based in Burleson, Texas, at the address 11905 MEDPARK DR, and offers a PRN (pro re nata, or as-needed) position with day shift hours. The position involves providing expert diabetes self-management education and conducting individualized assessments to meet the specific needs of patients. This requires a strong foundation in clinical knowledge, certified credentials (such as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist), and a caring, patient-centered approach. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification
  • Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
  • Ability to conduct individual patient assessments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Availability for PRN day shifts
