The Senior Lead Cabin Cleaner role based at DFW Airport in Irving, Texas, is an essential position focused on ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of aircraft interiors between flights. This position works the overnight shifts, primarily from 9 PM to 5:30 AM or 10 PM to 6:30 AM, including mandatory overtime and weekends. The hourly wage for this role is $18.50, paid weekly.

This leadership role involves supervising and guiding a team of cabin cleaners to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The Senior Lead Cabin Cleaner assists with cleaning duties and conducts security searches on designated aircraft, making this role critical in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and airline crew members alike. Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and strictly following aviation safety and security protocols.

The role is suitable for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, with minimal experience and education required. A significant emphasis is placed on communication skills, teamwork, and adherence to company grooming and security standards, including the continuous display of SIDA badges or Airport IDs. Physical demands include the ability to stand, bend, walk for extended periods, and work in environments with moderate to high noise levels and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
