This position is crucial in building and sustaining relationships with donors, advisors, volunteers, and prospects to secure and increase financial support. It involves managing donor portfolios, executing fundraising strategies, coordinating events, and overseeing grant administration. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations Marketing Fundraising Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 year of experience in PR Marketing Fundraising Sales or related field
- Or any combination of experience education and training which provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the functions of the job
- Word processing spreadsheet database experience
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations Marketing Fundraising Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 year of experience in PR Marketing Fundraising Sales or related field
- Knowledge of grant-writing methods and techniques
- Knowledge of basic fundraising tools and best practices
- Ability to organize information and materials
- Ability to work independently on multiple complex tasks and produce results on a timely basis
- Word processing spreadsheet database experience
Job Duties
- Advances the philanthropic profile of CareLink by building relationships with advisors donors prospects and volunteers to deepen their loyalty and encourage higher levels of support and involvement
- Leads assigned development programs and executes strategies and tactics to achieve individual and programmatic results
- Manages a portfolio of assigned donors continuously monitoring status of current donors and building prospects for new gifts
- Assists in and makes independent direct solicitations for sponsorships and general support
- Assists in the development and execution of fundraising events
- Manages online giving forms digital campaigns and monthly giving program
- Coordinates and ensures timely fulfillment of corporate and event sponsor benefits
