The organization proudly provides shelter or housing to over 3,500 men, women, and children every night, making it one of the largest providers of social services in the area. The VOA-NCNN embodies a ministry of service and strives to inspire self-sufficiency, dignity, and hope among the populations it serves.

Some evening and weekend work will be necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of community engagement and event planning. The pay range for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, offering a competitive wage for part-time employment within a mission-driven nonprofit focused on addressing homelessness, substance abuse, and mental health challenges. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human services and community support to make a tangible impact through volunteerism and development activities within a Certified Great Place to Work environment.
