This mindset has established Conagra as a champion within the food industry, blending heritage with forward-thinking to meet evolving consumer needs and preferences.

The Culinary Product Developer role sits at the heart of Conagra's research and development kitchen, directly reporting to the Culinary Director. This hands-on position involves cooking, creating, and innovating new culinary products from initial concept to commercial execution. The role demands a unique blend of chef creativity and strategic storytelling to craft compelling, customer-ready products that resonate with leadership and consumers alike. The developer works closely with food scientists to refine recipes and develop gold-standard formulations suitable for mass production at Conagra's plants. Key responsibilities include coordinating and leading culinary tastings, customer meetings, and culinary-focused events such as taste treks and inspiration days. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on savory cooking and attention to current food trends are essential. Additionally, the developer oversees inventory management, ordering, and kitchen sanitation to maintain smooth operations.

This position offers a salary range of $63,000 to $93,000 annually, with the final compensation based on location, experience, skill level, and internal equity considerations. The role is onsite within the company's facilities, providing an engaging environment where culinary innovation is central to business growth and success. Conagra also emphasizes growth and development opportunities, offering career advancement, employee resource groups, learning resources, and tuition reimbursement. Benefits are comprehensive, including healthcare, financial incentives, paid time off, and work-life balance support among others. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical, and passionate culinary professional ready to impact one of the food industry's most dynamic brands.
