Job Requirements

Must have reliable transportation
must have valid driver's license
able to work afternoons starting at 4:45 pm
must be available on weekends
able to work part-time or full-time
physical ability to perform cleaning duties involving lifting, bending and stretching

Job Qualifications

Janitorial experience preferred
knowledge of cleaning products and supplies
ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs
regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching
able to travel between multiple job sites within a shift
bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)

Job Duties

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
gather and empty trash
clean and polish furniture and fixtures
dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
damp clean window ledges
use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
restock supplies as needed
clean, sanitize toilet seats, bowls and urinals
remove spots, stains and splashes from wall and counter tops
remove fingerprints from door frame, light switches, kick plates, push plates, handles, railings
