The position demands a hands-on approach to heavy cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, removing debris, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and servicing restrooms. The cleaner will be responsible for more than just basic cleaning, as the role involves the use of specialized cleaning solutions to remove stains, sanitize surfaces, and maintain fixtures and furniture in excellent condition.

The role also requires mobility since the cleaner will need to travel between 1 to 5 different job sites within a shift, making reliability and valid transportation critical. The work schedule primarily covers weekdays, but weekend availability is required. A flexible start time in the late afternoon at approximately 4:45 PM is part of the job. Preference for bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish adds value to the position, enabling better communication with diverse clients and team members.
