Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Punctuality and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts between 6 am and 9 pm from Monday to Sunday
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen with hot equipment
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Some prior kitchen, bakery, or food production experience preferred
  • Familiarity with baking techniques or scratch cooking especially desserts and pastries beneficial
  • Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to maintain product quality standards in high-volume settings

Job Duties

  • Preparing, baking, and finishing scratch-made desserts including brownies, bars, cinnamon rolls, and specialty items
  • Accurately portioning, cutting, and packaging finished dessert products to meet quality and presentation standards
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the production kitchen
  • Assisting with manager-assigned tasks to ensure smooth production flow
  • Following established recipes and quality standards consistently
  • Maneuvering kitchen equipment and machinery in a fast-paced environment
  • Embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth
