Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Punctuality and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts between 6 am and 9 pm from Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen with hot equipment
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications
- Some prior kitchen, bakery, or food production experience preferred
- Familiarity with baking techniques or scratch cooking especially desserts and pastries beneficial
- Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to maintain product quality standards in high-volume settings
Job Duties
- Preparing, baking, and finishing scratch-made desserts including brownies, bars, cinnamon rolls, and specialty items
- Accurately portioning, cutting, and packaging finished dessert products to meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the production kitchen
- Assisting with manager-assigned tasks to ensure smooth production flow
- Following established recipes and quality standards consistently
- Maneuvering kitchen equipment and machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth
