The role of Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory is a vital position within its high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. As the friendly face behind the bakery case, the Dessert Finisher/Barista crafts visually appealing presentations on famous cheesecakes and desserts by glazing iconic strawberries and creating perfect whipped cream dollops that impress customers. This position also includes preparing specialty coffee and espresso beverages, operating espresso machines with care and skill. The Dessert Finisher/Barista supports front-of-house operations by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards, ensuring the quality and consistency of every item served.

This role demands a candidate with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude oriented toward teamwork and excellent guest service. You will be responsible for labeling, dating, and rotating products according to FIFO practices, supporting both station setup and breakdown, and communicating effectively with team members to uphold a seamless front-of-house operation. The position is hourly, with a competitive pay range of $17.13 to $19.00 per hour, offering flexible, steady hours that accommodate full-time or part-time schedules.
