Operating over 370 restaurants throughout the United States and Canada under well-known brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, Flower Child, and other FRC brands, The Cheesecake Factory also extends its reach internationally with 35 licensed restaurants. As part of a high-volume, full-service restaurant team, this position supports front-of-house operations with pride and dedication, delivering consistent quality and exceptional guest service.

With an hourly compensation range of $16.00 to $18.50, this position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities designed to fit individual lifestyles. Employees benefit from steady working hours in a dynamic setting, complemented by flexible scheduling. Additionally, team members can access earned wages faster, enjoy substantial discounts on meals during shifts and when dining with friends and family, and participate in world-class training programs designed to foster both personal and professional growth. The Cheesecake Factory emphasizes career advancement with many managers promoted internally and offers no-cost GED or associate degree programs to support ongoing education.

Beyond competitive pay and growth, the company provides comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, sick time, medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options, as well as virtual care and mental health services at no cost. A culture of recognition, perks such as discounts on cell phone plans, gyms, movies, and theme parks, and support through programs like the HELP Fund all contribute to a supportive environment. The Cheesecake Factory’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace ensures equal opportunity for all employees, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the business.

As a Dessert Finisher/Barista, the key responsibilities involve artistic dessert presentation, operating espresso machines, maintaining high standards of food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
