Joining The Cheesecake Factory as a Dessert Finisher/Barista places you at the heart of the guest experience, responsible for delivering the final touch to the restaurant's signature desserts and specialty coffee beverages. This full-time or part-time role offers steady, flexible hours within a high-volume, dynamic restaurant environment. In this position, you will focus on tasks such as glazing iconic strawberries, crafting perfect whipped cream dollops, operating espresso machines, and ensuring desserts are plated with accuracy and artistic presentation. Job Duties
- Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and consistent presentation
- operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages
- accurately follow food safety and handling standards including allergy awareness
- label, date, and rotate products following FIFO practices
- maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas
- complete station setup and breakdown including stocking and closing tasks
- support teamwork through clear and effective communication
- multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude
- deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction
