The role of Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory is integral in delivering the final touch that enhances guest satisfaction and upholds the restaurant’s reputation for quality. As the face behind the bakery case, the Dessert Finisher/Barista crafts visually stunning desserts, such as the iconic cheesecakes adorned with perfectly glazed strawberries and elegantly piped whipped cream. In addition to dessert preparation, this role also operates the espresso machine to deliver premium coffee and espresso beverages, meeting high standards of taste and presentation.
This full-service position requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, where efficiency, speed, and a positive attitude are paramount. The Dessert Finisher/Barista is responsible for maintaining rigorous food safety and sanitation standards while managing multiple tasks including ingredient labeling, product rotation following FIFO methods, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Collaboration and clear communication with the front-of-house and kitchen teams are vital to supporting seamless operations and delivering an outstanding dining experience to every guest.

Job Duties
- Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and attention to detail

- Complete station setup and breakdown including stocking and closing tasks
