With a footprint spanning over 370 locations throughout the United States and Canada, including renowned brands like The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, and Flower Child, the company also maintains a growing international presence with licensed restaurants across the globe. The company’s bakery division is responsible for producing high-quality cheesecakes and other baked goods that support its widespread restaurant network, ensuring consistent excellence. The Cheesecake Factory embraces diversity and inclusivity and promotes a welcoming work environment that respects all identities, ideas, and perspectives. Applicants can expect opportunities for professional growth, with world-class training and career advancement pathways readily available. The pay range for the Dessert Finisher/Barista position is $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, offering part-time and full-time flexible scheduling to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and commitments.

As a Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory, you will serve as the friendly and skilled face behind the bakery case, playing a vital role in creating those picture-perfect dessert presentations that delight guests. This hybrid role melds the art of dessert finishing—glazing strawberries, crafting perfect whipped cream dollops, and plating the company’s famous cheesecakes—with beverage preparation as a barista skilled in operating espresso machines to craft specialty coffee and espresso drinks. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, you will support front-of-house operations while upholding rigorous food safety and handling standards. Your efforts contribute directly to elevating the guest experience through consistent quality, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude. The role requires multitasking under pressure, meticulous attention to detail in food presentation and labeling, and a collaborative spirit to support teamwork in the kitchen and service areas. Benefits of working in this position include paid vacation and sick time, medical benefits starting as low as $12 per pay period, virtual care and mental health services, discounted meals, and opportunities for education and career advancement through no cost GED or Associate Degree programs. Employee recognition programs and a strong culture of community engagement underscore the company’s dedication to valuing its people and supporting their success.
