The role of Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly and skilled face behind their iconic bakery case. This position is integral to the high-volume, full-service restaurant team, where delivering consistent quality and elevating the guest experience are paramount. The Dessert Finisher/Barista is responsible for putting the finishing touches on the renowned cheesecakes and desserts, including glazing the signature strawberries and making perfectly crafted whipped cream dollops. Additionally, this role encompasses preparing specialty espresso and coffee beverages using professional equipment. The position balances artistic presentation with operational efficiency and food safety standards to ensure that every dessert and beverage served meets the company's high standards. This job provides steady hours with flexible life balance, offering both full-time and part-time schedules. Employees have access to a faster pay option, offering up to 50 percent of earned wages available the next day. Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service industry experience preferred
- familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling is a plus

Job Duties
- Plate and finish desserts with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent presentation
- operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages
- accurately follow instructions while upholding food safety and food handling standards with awareness of food allergies
- label, date, and rotate products following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
- work with efficiency, speed, and a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
- maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas
- complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks
- support teamwork through clear and effective communication
- multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude
- deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction
