Their inclusive culture embraces diversity, offering equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. The Cheesecake Factory values the contributions of all team members who bring unique perspectives and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

The role of Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory plays a vital part in delivering the quality and presentation that the brand is famous for. Operating within a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, the Dessert Finisher/Barista supports front-of-house operations by maintaining consistency, accuracy, and speed while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Working alongside a dedicated team, this role requires multitasking, effective communication, organization, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers flexibility with part-time and full-time schedules, steady hours, faster access to wages, and employee discounts. It provides opportunities for professional growth through world-class training, career advancement, and educational programs. Benefits include paid vacation, medical and dental coverage, mental health services, and employee recognition programs. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and who take pride in their craftsmanship and guest interactions, contributing to an award-winning company that truly values its employees.
