Performance-based career advancement opportunities, educational reimbursement programs, and a variety of medical insurance options, including telemedicine and spending accounts such as HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care FSA, are available to employees.
The company also offers traditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plans with a generous company match, life insurance, and a suite of voluntary benefits such as dental, vision, disability plans, supplemental life insurance, accident coverage, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance. Moreover, employees gain free access to mental health resources, life coaching, and exclusive discounts at nationwide and local retailers. Paid time off begins at 12 days in your first year and accrues further with tenure. The workplace culture is relaxed and business casual, allowing jeans and sneakers, encouraging a comfortable yet productive work environment.
