Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience in an office setting
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant
  • Data entry experience
  • Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail including accurate data entry and document preparation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the office

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office support
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients both verbally and in writing
